THE RISE OF SALSA TORO

Salsa Toro was born in 1952 out of a family kitchen in Mexico with the intention of pairing traditional cuisine with an equally authentic Mexican hot sauce which carries both flavor and spiciness in every drop. Salsa Toro rose from the kitchen table to the mainstream arena in 2021.

A Chile de Arbol type from San Luis Potosi, Mexico. Chile de Cambray is a rare & endangered pepper. It is becoming endangered because many farmers in this area are switching to chiles like Guajillo. The Chile de Cambray has the heat level of an Chile de Arbol but a little more sweetness.
